Returns & Refunds

Merchandise:

All product sales are final. If the merchandise is defective, the defective item must be returned for exchange within 24 hours of purchase and be in like new condition.

Trips, Equipment, Lodging & Reservations:

Trip tickets refunds must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to request a refund or show up for a trip will result in forfeiture of all payments related to the trip. If the trip is canceled due to weather, equipment or other reason beyond our control, the refund will be applied on the day of the trip cancellation. If you prefer to change your trip to an alternative date, we can accommodate that through the scheduling process such that it does not require a refund and repurchase.
